the food items at good places don’t possess germs. There should be proper
system of food storage inside the house and preferably the food should be
stored inside the refrigerator. It is better to avoid food which has been
stored for long time. The canned items specially should be given
extra-precautions since a germ which causes botulism may grow inside the canned
food items and may produce life threatening food poisoning on large scale. Many
of the germs including Hepatitis A causing virus and the bacteria of typhoid
fever are transmitted via contaminated water. This is better therefore; to take
clean and preferably boiled water. The mineral water is also a good alternative
and it could be taken in order to ensure good health and fitness.
