apko koi pscho ya medi problem nahi hai, apka sirf yehi hal hai

agar apko control nahi hota tou ALLAH se touba karain k main aenda ye sab gunah nahi karonga, .....phir ALLAH TALAH apko automatically power dedeinge aur appmain control ajaega inshallah. ye baat after so many observations k baad hi kahi jarahi hai isliyain ispe ghour karain warna apki marzi hai.

and yes suchay dil se touba k baad namaz shart hai. namaz after touba hi behaye se roknay main full time madad deti hai warna nahi. buhut hogae gunah ki zaindagi ab karlo touba. take care
