 Low Immunity (Immune System) - Low Immunoglobulins
style="text-align: justify;">Asslam o Alikum.i have low immunity problems since last two years because muje bar bar infection ho jata hia doctor ne mery ye 2 test karwaye hian.doctors plz tell me k in test mian kya kharabi hia muje mian aur kesy thek hoge.wesy muje koe major
desease nahin hia.

Reply: Low Immunity: Actually some people are genetically born with low immunity . You have only a bit high IgG level that simply indicates that you have been suffering from any chronic illness(extending beyond 6months) or chronic infection mainly that as you have been repeatedly telling that you have been suffering.your comparatively low levels of IgM just indicate that you have low immunity that can be by birth. As per your previous posts you have been investigated quite thoroughly by your doctors to have anything grave like including bone marrow issues or other things which if i would mention would only tense you up out of no reason. The whole thing is that you have low immunity that leads to chronic infection. Just improve your diet , have a healthy life style and positive approach. You can even repeat your test or if your doctor thinks can investigate you more.

re:Doc Watter Thanks Doc water u always guide me properly and gave me valuable suggestions which always boost up my moral.i want to ask u some more questions kindly guide me.
1st of all i want to tell u that my immunity problems cannot be from my bith.its happend just two years before.2 years pehly tak main bilkul thek tha muje koe infection nahin hota tha.
1.IgM level low hony ki kya causes ho sakti hian?
2.my platelet count have also low kya platelet IgM low ki waja se low hian?
3.IgM level ko naturally kesy increase kiya ja sakta hia?kya aik dafa ye low ho jay to phir dobara increase ho sakti hia?
4.My physician said me that k externally tum ko IgM level dy dya to tumko phir bar bar lagani pary ge jis se tumarni apni immunity khtm ho jaye ge.mean is k koe ilaj nahin?
5.External immunoglobullin k side effects kya hote hian?
My doc said me that u have Auto Deficiency in immunity ki deasese hia jis ka external immunoglubullin k ilwa koe ilaj nahin.
i have no any serious desease but muje jo pains hian wo ab bear nahin hote mean muje sar m pain bones m pain thakawat gala kharab lower back pain muscle pain stomach pain kidney and bladder pain hote hian.
kya koe ijal hia is blood deasease ka ya immunoglobulin inject karna he ilaj hia?
one thing more muje kis specialist ko chek karwana chiaye?mean ko blood deasese specialist b hota hia?
Doc watter u r doing so good job kindly guide me i m vry much tense about my health.May Allah give u Success in ur whole life Amen.
if doc kk also guide me then i will b very thankful to him and my moral will be high.

Re: Low IgM Causes and Treatment Well a lot of things have already been cleared by Dr. waterr. I can just add few more things:
1. Having low IgM level could be due to many reasons. There are so many conditions in which IgM level gets lower. It is important to find out the cause of low IgM rather than treating IgM.
2. We need you to share other tests like CBC and ESR with us
3. Ask from the doctor to find out the cause of low IgM and then treat the cause

Re:Doc Kk Thanks doc kk.mera Esr har dafa zada hota hia mean 3 months bad mian jab bhi karwata hoon ESR kabi 25 kabi 21 kabi 27 hota hia.
my red blood cells and WBc are always ok bus platelet kam hote hian i mean range k ander hi hote hian but kam last time 166,000 thay.
My physician said that k u have no deasese bs tumhari immunity kam hia jis ki medical mian causes unknown hian.doc kk please u suggest mian kesy cause find ho ge k IgM level kyun low hia..?
please guaide me i m very tense.
kya meri age mian immunoglubulin lgwani chiye us k kya side effects hian.i m 26.

Re: Low Immunity Treatment As I already told you the low IgM levels could be due to some reasons. Your CBC and ESR is not significant. You need further evaluation. Before getting immunoglobulins seek the advice of Immunologist so that proper cause of the problem could be found out. |

Reply: Low Immunity Treatment: Yes agree with doctor KK reply.Consult a specialist before taking any this sort of treatment .These immunoglobulins have a half life nearly 4-6weeks after intravenous infusion so definitely you will be requiring repeat sessions. There aren't gross side effects majorly just flushing .headache,blood pressure changes ,nausea etc these are pretty controllable . Rare reaction is the anaphylactic or extreme allergic reaction. Better consult a specialist to know the root cause may it be you have genetically low immunity may it be that there is some other reason.
