Pain Near Navel Due To Masturbation - Is It Normal?

Hello,

My age is 26. 2 months back i masturbated (only external) for first time in my life, but after few minutes after that i felt a lot lot of pain in my belly near navel and it stayed for 2 days almost and slowly got better. Then 5 days after last menses it did it masturbated (only external) again to check for the pain and it pained a lot again. Does it happend to every one? Could it be a disease or its normal? if it happend only to me then will it keep happening after my marriage which is due in 2 months?
