Re:Sex Positions In Obesity - Which Sex Position Would Be Feasible? Besides the fact that partner/spouse has great disliking for obesity(cosmetic/appearance issues) or morbid obesity there is not much issue in having sexual relation if spouse is obese .
Even if the male partner is obese coitus can be done in every position by modifying the technique. The whole thing is to adjust the usual or different positions in such a manner that no extra or added weight is over the female spouse.
When you are in a relation or living together these things are hardly worrisome ,its as much easily adjustable as human nature is.
