salam to all friend main puchna gahta ho ke agger kohi har roz 200 push up karta hai tu kai yeh theek hai?puch up se murrad meri dand hai.plese kohi muje is ka jawab deh sakta haior agger 200 push up har roz theek nahi hai tu pher har roz katne push up kar sakta ho?thanks

start hi say 200 karnaa monaasib nahi...albattah gradually 200 tak lay jaya jasakta hai, agar kissi ko aisaa karnay maiN koi khaas diqqat nah ho

apapni sehat etc ko dekhtay howay 20/25 daily say start karaiN 5/10 ka har week izafah kartay jayaiN...meri zati roy maiN avg 100 kafi haiN but if u feel comfort wid 200 to ap aisaa karsaktay haiN

starting se 200 karna impossible hy. wasay bhi bhai jaldi kis baat ki hy jaldi ka kaam shetaan ka.

har roz 10 push ups ka aik set karain. har haftay us main izafa kartay jaen. jasay starting 2-3 weeks main aap 10 push ups k 2 set rakhain aur us kaay baad aap 10 k bajee 15 ka set banalain aur daily 4 set karain. inshAllah aap apna goal achieve karnay main kamyaab hojaengy.
