Sir , This is not an irrelevant query ...As you published above that if any body wants to gain and get proper guidance about his/her experiments then he / she can ask / share here ....so. in this regard i tried to get solution for my problem
and further added that.... if you have no wast knowledge or information about all theories then don't shouted here for showing that you have fully command upon all the matters...!!!

Progress in just about any career requires the development of certain,, people skills, communication skills, persuasion, influence , and leadership all play a role.I give explain it more for you see, in most companies and business environment, there is competition for the attention of upper management, for recognition, raises,promotions, and other opportunities. some time that cometition among peers and co workers is very abvious and open, other times it is less open. - first the ability to communicate effectively.

sir, i have no any helicopter or its engine as well i have nor a motor cycle ..actually this is only a symbolic phrase..... and the motive behind this (after reading tittle post) i only spread my thoughts here because i want to convey a message to all of that if u have no fully perfection in all the fields then don't try to show yourself as a well knowledge person

Qasim: iss forum koi bhi aur kabhi bhi ahmaqanah sawaal kar sakta hai aur kartaa rahta hai. aisay ahmaqanah sawaalaat par moshtail hona aqalmandi nahi... as a mod u can edit /delete such ques but moshtail hona sahi nahi

yeh blame nahi balkeh haqeeqat hai keh aap yaha per bila jawaz tanqeed ker ke member ko pareshan kerte rehte hai. aap ne aik imp topic per intehayee fazool jawab de ker topic ko divert ker dia hai.
forum per iss waqt regular members nahi ke barabar hai, aur aap ka yahi haal raha tu baqi member bhi yaha se chale jaaye
yeh aik achcha aur informative forum tha. lekin kuch member ne ise tafreeh ki jagah samajh rakha hai. aur fazool qisim ke reply aur tanqeed ker ke aise member ko tease kerne ki koshish kerte hai jo iss forum per informative post aur reply ker ke forum ki khidmat ker rahe hai.
mera tu khayal hai keh fazool qisim ke 100 members se kahi behtar hai keh yaha aik bhi member na ho. yeh sawal jawab ka medical forum hai. yaha per sawalo ke jawabat ke liye doctor mojood hai. jo log doctor nahi hai onhai chahiye keh woh sirf read kare, on ke kisi qisim ke reply ki zaroorat nahi hai. aise member ka iss forum per ehsaan ho ga keh woh iss forum per reply na kare.

achcha kerte hai. aur onhai chahiye keh woh kisi docotor including Dr. KK, Waterr aur Dr. Qasim ke reply per bhi fazool comments na kare aur onhai tanqeed ka nishana na banaye. Dr. KK, Waterr aur Dr. Qasim admin ka headach hai kisi non-medical member ka nahi. lekin afsos ke iss forum ka aik member jo kabhi Waterr se olajhta hai tu kabhi Dr. Qasim se. hatta ke Dr. KK ke liye bhi fazool comments paas kerne se baaz nahi aata.
iss website ke tamam non-medical members se request hai keh woh iss forum ke doctor ko sakoon se kaam kerne de. tamam ka lafz rasman likha hai kio keh tamam member doctor ko sakoon se kaam kerne de rahe hai. lekin 1-2 members aise hai jo doctor ko mental torture kerte rehte hai.
mai tu yeh kehta hoo keh iss forum per Doctors ke ilawa sirf myrizvi, waseem08, sunehri aur in jaise few aur members ko reply kerne ki ijazat honi chahiye. baqi sab ko sirf read kerne ki ijazat ho reply kerne ki nahi.

Agreed To Bewakoof Bhai yaha per sawalo ke jawabat ke liye doctor mojood hai. jo log doctor nahi hai onhai chahiye keh woh sirf read kare, on ke kisi qisim ke reply ki zaroorat nahi hai.
Hamaray area main jo clinics hyn wahan par jo doctors mojood hyn jab hum bemaar par jatay hyn to unkay pass jatay hyn daawa lyny k liay aur wo hamain treatment batatay hyn aur hum ALLAH k fazal se sehat yaab hojatay hyn. Ab agar koi banda beemar hojae aur wo meray jaisay non medical banday k paas ajae ilaaj k liay to main uska kia illaj karunga balkay agar manay usay koi dawa batae to wo uskay liay jaan lewa bhi sabit ho sakti hy. Lehaza medical sections main non-medical members questions bhalay karain magar unhain members k problems ka solution batanay ki ijazat nahee honi chahiay.
