if your religious aspect is kept in mind i think it would be that You Have Stipulated To keep 30 fasts  agar apney Yeh Mashroot ke sense mai use karna ha (yeh hoga tou yeh karogee ap) . Else ap agar mashroot ke sense mai nai use kar rahee sirf mannat ke sense mai tou .. You Have Vowed To keep 30fasts. 

As such  mannat keh ley " to vow" aur " Vouch " use hotey hain.
