meri height 5.4 f hy aur mi ka filhal weight 64 kg hy aur kia ye bat theek hy k agr baby opertation sy ho to us k bad pait phly ki trha nae rhta yani kuch baher niklta hy zror ya dieting kr k theek ho skta hy?

1) agar off time ya between meals extra food esp junk food(nimko biscuits chips etc) aur bakery product ( pastries,rolls aur bakery biscuit) na consume karein tou kafi hadd tak 'extra calorie' consumption kum hojati ha

2) secondly fast food pizza,burger , shawarma etc inke 'nutritive value' nai hoti sirf 'bad fats' aur extra calories han yea.

3) basic Rule of thumb ha 3meals with total avoidance of junk,fast and bakery food.

4) GREEN leafy vegetables metabolic rate ko taiz karti han like salad leaves, spinach etc aur weight maintainance ke leye achche han

5) tamam phal aur sabzi mai calories aur sugar bohat kum aur unnatural sugarz(pastries etc) se kum hoti ha aur mostly easily digestable bhee so phal n sabzi zaydah use karni chaheye

6) fish aur chicken mai calories red meat(beef aur mutton) se kum hota ha plus steamed ya grilled fish aur chicken best han

7) corn, pasta ,milk n milk product beans , potatoe zada calorie rakhtey han

8)water intake zayda rakhain ye fuller ha

apke 'energy usage' energy intake se zayda honi chaheye chahe daily activity se,walk ya excercise sey

nai operation ke baad sirf waqti loosness hoti ha agar fat kum karein ge tou wapis aa jae ga stomach.
