Dear Dr. Sahab

Salam, My wife is pregnant so i avoid sex as she complains of pain. But she forplays me to satify. With this act i discharge transprent fluid. Normally we do this every days but after water is discharge i feel like by back (KAMAR) is aching. Why is this??

What should i do to overcome this Pls suggest.

daily foreplay karte waqt discharge karne se semen thin ho jaye gi lehaza aap aak do din ka wakfa daal kar discharge kiya kare phir semen thick discharge ho gi.lekin es ka koi issue nehin hai..aur na pareshan hone ki zaroorat hai.
