Backache After Intercourse: What Is The Treatment?

mery masla ye hai ki sex karny ki baad mery Kamar mai shadeed dard sharoo ho jaata mery shadee ko 3 maheeny poory hony waly hai hai mai hafty mai ek baar ghar jaata ho aor raat mai 2 baar sex karny ki baad kamar mai dard sharoo ho jaata hai 2  3 deeno ki baad yee dard khatm ho jaata hai.mera dill Aor bi karta hai i mean mera dill karta hai ki raat mai 3 4 martaba sex karoo magar kamar ki dard ki waja see darta ho ki yee zeyada na hojayee.

My problem is that I develop a lot of backache after doing sex. I use to go home once in a week and perform the sex twice in a night. After doing it I feel a lot of pain. This pain vanishes after two to three days. Although I want to do more sex in the night but due to this problem remain unable to do it. Secondly before marriage, when I use to perform masturbation some times then I find more drops of semen, however; after marriage some times when I get night fall, I find very few drops of semen comes out. Is it normal?
