I have pain in my testicles. I went to a sexologist and he advised me for castration. i did so. it has been one year now. now i am going to marry so tell me what shuld do now as i am not having erection of penis.

ap ne castration karaya. tafseel se batai ke apka castration se kia matlab hai. kio keh agar ap ka dono testis nahi hoga tu ap bache paida nahi kar sake ge. erection ke masla ki bhi tafseel batai ke kia bilkul nahi hota hai ya pahle jaisa nahi hai.
