I have a prominent Belly what sould i do to reduce it
mera pait bachpan say barha hua hai main diating karoun ka excercise koi farq nahi parta main nahi chahti k log mujhay daikh k kuch r samjhain plz kuch aysa hal batain jis say mera pait normal ho jay r acha look ay

anum Dont be tense and watch Geo Tv in Morning program.. in Nadia khan show. a women perform very very very good excercise.... just follow her everyday.. You would not need anyone Help anymore. Yes stop eating too much potatos.. Maida ke bani hoe chesen... Oil stuff.. Less sugar.... |

aap yoga kerain aur belts use kerain,apnay belly ko ander ki teruf tight kiya kerain,yoga me aisay pose kerain jo aap ke belly ko maintain kerain like aik pose hai jis me aap legs ko straight khara rakh ker head aur vertibral column ko neechay ki teruf bend kerain aur thumbs ko toes se touch kerain es se pressure parhay ga aap ke belly per aur wo maintain rahay ga.aur bhi exercises aap google per search ker lain.daily lemon water ke saath use kiya kerain es se aap ka cholestrol aur fats bhi burn ho ga. |

agree to khan 80 belt is not affactive to loss belly fat only way to loss belly fat is exercise |
