Health Problem: What Can I Do To Become Healthy?

Assalam o Alaikum

main apna ak problem share karna chahti hon pls mujhe mashwra dein main bohat preshan hon, meri age 24 hai lekin main apni age se bohat choti nazar ati hon, wait b bohat kam hai or waqt k sath sath or b kam hota ja raha hai, aisa lagta hai k sara jism sookhta ja raha hai, breast size b kam ho raha hai, skin itni rough ho rahi hai k aaina dekhne ko b ab dil nahin chahta, hathon or paaon par jhuriyan parne lagi hein, in short waqt se pahle boorhi nazar ane lagi hon, 2 months or kabhi 3 months tak menses nahin hote or jab hote hein to 10 days ya 12 days tak chalte hein, ya phir kabhi twice a month b ho jate hein

meri apni family yani apni sisters ya mother k sath itni frankness nahin k main un se apna problem share karon, na he kabhi mama ne aaj tak mujh se poocha hai, thank God k mujhe aik aisa plate form mila jis pe main apna problem openly share kar sakti hon

jab b koi milta hai to yehi kahta hai tum itni week kyon hoti ja rahi ho, mere bhateeje bhateejiyan mujh se bare lagte hein or bhabiya sab k samne mera mazaq urati hein, main tang aa chuki hon pls mujhe mashwra dein main kia karon

apki khoraak kami ki wajah say ye sab problems hai (shayad)........

.....apni diet k hawalay say zara batayai k app ki din bhar khoraak kitni hai aur us main kiya kya shamil hota hai.......

whtever: aap ne apna height aur weight nahi likha, agar woh bhi likh deti tu aap ki problem ziadah behter tor se samajh aati.

aap ka problem paidaishi hai ya abhi shuru hua hai? matlab yeh ke aap bachpan se hi aisi hai ya jawani ke baad yeh haalat huyee hai?

beherhal bachpan se problem ho ya jawani ke baad dono sooraton mai aap ko kisi lady doctor se apna medical checkup karana ho ga, medical check up aur laboratory test ke baad hi pata chale ga keh aap ki mojooda haalat ke peeche asal wajah kia hai. asal wajah maloom hone ke baad hi koi munasib ilaj bataya jaa sakta hai.

lehaza aap ko mashwara hai keh aap kisi lady doctor ya kisi achche physician se apna medical checkup karai. aap ki docotor aap ko jo bhi mashwara de woh hamai bhi batai takeh ham log aap ko kuch aur mufeed mashwara de sake.

meri din ki khorak kuch ziada nahin hai

main actually job karti hon or wahan pe lunch break ka koi tasawar he nahin hai, subah breakfast mein kabhi half paratha leti hon or kabi wo b nahin us k baad raat ko b same

meri hieght 4.9 hai or weight 35kg, bachpan se health bohat achi to nahin thi lekin itni khrab b nahin thi, har baat pe tension hone lagti hai or kuch b acha nahin lagta

jahan tak chechup krane ka taauluq hai to mama kahti hein kanwari larkiyon ko aise nakhre nahin karne chahyein

main kia karon kuch samajh mein nahin ata

kam khooraak hi appki problem hai...........agar app apne appko healthy banana chahti hain tou appko apni khoorak main izafa karna paray ga.........din main kam se kam 4 times ya zyada se zyada 5 times tou khana paray ga appko har 3 or 2.5 hours k  gap k baad ............. aur har khorak main 1 ya 1.2 roti tak khana hai ,zyada peth bhar ka nahi .............inshallah 1 month baad apko apne andar difference feel honay lagay ga..............
