Please Tell Me: Is There Any Problem In My Testis?

Hi Doctor,
Hi how are you i get your email from you site after seruching lot of sites, I have a problem i hope you will help me to solve it, the problem is when ever my Sperms come out may be in night time automatically or may be when i am with my wife the colur or my sperms are yellow, also i did not feel full irriction, there is irriction but not full, after 1 trip i feel tired and i can not go for 2nd time, my age is 31, i just married before last 6 months also i did not get any hope of child from my wife, can you tell me what is a problem and what is the sulotion.
 
is there any problem in my tastickles or somthing elese please take it seriusly give me good sulotion.
I know its because of my mistakes but is there any solution for it. i know you will told me to go to the site and check but it is very dificult to serch for my question. so please tell me somthing.
