By definition, Surat-e-Anzaal or Premature ejaculation is a condition in which the semen ejaculation is too early to give proper satisfaction to a woman. As by the definition, there is no fixed time scale for ejaculation of semen. A man could be normal if he ejaculates his semen with in two strokes and his wife would get satisfied with it. However; A man could be having premature ejaculation even after he performs intercourse with good strokes for more than 30 minutes and his wife remains unsatisfied.

On the way round, Premature ejaculation is not the sole condition applicable on man. The condition also applies on woman during sexual act. Hence the mutual satisfaction during sexual activity is the key indicator of Premature Ejaculation.

Those man could never be the patient of Premature Ejaculation who have the ability to provide full sexual satisfaction to their wives, no matter by which means they are able to do it. The discreet husband, always uses some specific tactics in order to give sexual satisfaction to his wife. Like during foreplay, he uses to excite and arouse his wife by playing with her breasts, body and genitals and keep his own genitals from the hand reach of his wife. Once his wife gets fully excited, he penetrates and becomes successful.
