Hair Problem: Why My Hair Getting White?

salam dr my age is 18. yestwrday i saw lots of white hair on my top side of head. plz tell me what should i do? as a girl it is serious problum for me. plz i request dr to tell me some remedy. Thanks

 jab mai 20 ki thi to maine apne saar me pehla white hair dekha tha,aur ab 31 ki age me mere bohat zyada bal white ho chuke hain,aur aj tak koi meri help nahi kar saka...

yahan doctors kehte hain ke ye family se chalta hai,agar family me kisi ke jaldi age me ho gaye to uski wajah se...genetic problm--

aur pk ke doctor kehte hain ye kamzori(vitamine ki kami)zyada zukam rehna ya pareshani se hote hain....so kya sahi hai  kya nahi i dont know

but mai apko yehi mashwara dungi,ke ap ab hair colour istemal na karna warna mazeed white ho jayenge,aur white bal khainchna mat..(nikalna mat warna us ki jaga aur zyada ho jayenge).!

Agree with sunehri its genetic problem also. Dont try to use Hair colors cause it have very bad effect in future. I think u can use Mehndi for colouring purpose.

Also contact with doctor might be he give u any vitamine.

Sadia i was also suffering from same prob b4 4 year when i was 16 or 17 then my teacher told me to eat green vegetables as much as u can......and after that mere white hairs again black hona shero ho gaye.

ap green vegetables khayen or 1 month bad new post kar k batayega inshallah zaror faida hoga. or Khuda na khasta faida nahi b hua to kam se kam is se nuqsan b nahi hoga.tc
