Web Of Veins Over The Testicle: Whether It Is Normal?

Salam to all
mera 1 sawal hai experts say k mere left testicle main bohat zyada veins hain right testicle kee nisbat. kya yeh normal hai?
wese to koi pain vagaira nahi hai. but veins ka 1 jal hai & it also bigger than d right testicle????
pls reply 

I have a question from experts that my left testicle has so many veins as compared to right testicle. Whether it is normal? This is the web of veins although it does not hurt me.
