Pregnancy: Give Me Suggestions
dear all.....! i wana know that in starting of pregnancy can my wife do exercise or walking for reduce the weight, because she feel she is gaining weight, or any other opinion about reducing the weight in pregnancy, can any body give me reasonable suggestion. this is her first month and for how many month she can do exercise or walk. in food, which kind of food is gain weight in pregnancy. thanx

sanwal apki wife bilkul halki si exercise kar sakti hain..aur walking jitni karengi wo kam hai....walk wo tab tak kar sakti hain jab tak delivery nahi hoti aur aksar log kehte hain zyada walk karne se delivery me bhi asani hoti hai..exercise yahan to 9 motnh me bhi ladys execise&swimming ke lye jati hain..lekin wo zara halki exercises hoti hain.
waight reduce karne ke lye...ya zyada barhne se bachne ke lye diät khana khayen..mere khayal se gandam ka ata kehte hain use urdu me...uski bred/roti use karain...wo cheezain jin me fat kam ho wo khayen...zyada mitha na use karain.... ab is waqt yehi yad a raha hai..kuch aur yad aya to apko replay kardungi |

ghar ke chote mote kaam kare wohi on ke sab se achi exercise hai.
meetha kam he khana chahein khass tour pe pregnacey ki stage mein kyun ke es stage mein sugger hone ki zaida chances hote hain..
hafte mein aak baar kisi lady doctor ke pass bhi jana chahein ta ke aap ko sath sath woh guide bhi kare aur koi prob na ho.. |

Sanwal bhai Sunehri baji or veer bhai ne sahih mashwara diya hai.. Aap apni wife ko yeh kahein ke woh weight lift karnay se parhaiz karein throgh out her pregnancy.. Warna complication paida hoj ati hien.. Wazan uthana, koi bhari cheez khainchna... yeh sab na karein..

sugar to km krwa dun pr wo oily chizen nahi chorti, chips, nuggets, pkore etc...
un se kese avoid kia ja skta hai, hud he fat se preshan hai or hud he khana nei chorti, jb main mna krta hun to phir kehta hun chlo koi bat nei is bar kha lo next time nahi, pr....?

is k elawa koi or achi advice...?

unhen pregnancy mein
- spicy cheezen nai khani chahiyen
- oily or junk food se avoid kereyn
- water ziada se ziada piyen
- salads and fresh vegetables aur fruits ziada khayen
- juices ziada piyen
- sweets kum khayen
- milk, yogurt, egg, butter, aur fresh and light diet ka use ziada keryen

haha zeb saheb basically agreed to upper all mashwaras
ghaza matawazan rakhni chahiye. agar aap ko kahin se folic acid ki tabletts milti hain to woh zaroor lijiye ga begum ke liye. salt woh wala use kijiye jiss me iodid bhi ho.
zeb saheb ke mashwaray par siraf aik din me hi amal na kijiyega warna bachay ke paiday honay takk aap ki begum sahiba gol guppa bann chuki hongi. ;-)
