if a person has been Vacinated for Hepatitas B. and after some years accidently he got the Hepatits B infected persons blood in any form. can he also become infected? if Yes,

then what's the role of Vacine.

Vaccination is very important but it is not 100% protective so a person can get this virus if exposed to it.
