My Testis Is Not Hanging Properly

Mainay poochna tha kay maira penis size 8.4" hai i am very happy about it magar mainay kisi jaga perha tha kayy testics penis kay kafi neechay hang hootayn hain  (almost 1.5 ya 2" neechay) our eik side ka testics dosree side kay  testics kay thora neechay hoota hai....magar maray testics penis kay bilkol saath hain bohot kam faasla hai........is it ok

testis temperature change hone se tight aur latak jate hain.yeh koi bimari nehin hai aur na he es ke ilaj ki zaroorat hai.aap os par thanda paani daal kar dekhna testis tight ho jaye ge.
