A.O.A all bros.kal mere papers khatam hue hein aur aaj se mein inshAllah daily visit karun ga is site ko.Kal mere saath aik masla ho gaya woh yeh k jub mein apne ghar enter hua to construction k doran jo lakrian lagayi hui thi un mein se aik bohat bari mere sar par aa giri lakin Allah k fazal se zyada bari chot nahi aayi.Khair meine aap logon se yeh poochna hai k meri height 5.8 hai aur weight 45kg hai aur age 17 yrs hai mein gym join karna chahta hoon.Lakin jo testis ka masla hai uski waja se pareshan hoon k gym se koi nuksan to nahi hoga jaisa k mein  pehle bhi bata chuka hoon aik loose tesis k baare mein lakin us mein dard nahi hoti to mujhe ab kya karna chahye kya gym join karoon yah kisi tarah himmat kar k doctor k paas chala jaun kyunki doctor k paas jaana mere liye bohat mushkil hai aur sakht himmat ki zarurat hai plz mujhe mashwara dijye.

siraf 45 kg? it is not enough janab. testis ki fikar na kijiye itni. imtihaan me ap paas hogaye hain to ab aap apni sehet ki taraf bhi thorri si twajoh kijiye.

thorra lassi, thora sa doodh, kuch murghi, kuch bhains, kuch bakra aur kuch chawal. sabb kuch khaye aur thorra sa zyada khaye. aap ka wazan kam az kam 70 ke lagh bhag hona chahiye. phir dekhiye jo kuch latka hua hai, theek hota hai ya nahi.

aap ka yeh bhi masla pehle wale post jesa hai lehaza aap yeh post apne old post mein karte..aap ko pehle bhi modertor note mela hai lekin aap ne phir aak new post join kar liya..

meri request hai ke aap ka ager aak he masla ho aur os ko bar bar new start topic mein discuss na kare balke osi old post mein kare..ager koi aur masla ho to phir aap new topic start kar sakte hain

Mein ne do teen logon ko gym lagane k baare mein bataya hai woh kehte hein k abhi halki phulki exercise karo aur jab thori jan ban jaye tab gym join karna abhi gym join karne se  tumhara body deshape ho jaye ga aur gaal pichk jaen ge aap btaen mujhe kya karna chahye,

slowly slowly aap apni gym aur sport aur khauraak ki taraf tawajah den.

buhat hi sakht kissam ki warzashen na shuroo karen shuroo me. araam se apni training ko barrhayen.
