noor family k koi say b Dr sahib ya koi b member mery help keray may bohat pershan hon.
sawalye hay k jab b meri wife pregnant hoti hay tu us ki vigina k aik taraf soojan ho jati hay our galti ban jati hay jis ki waja say Dr ko delivery opration kerna parta hay our Dr kehti thi k bachay ki pedaish k bad opration ker k ye galti nikaal dain gay.but pedaish k bad ye hud he gaib ho jati hay.ab wife 3rd time 6month say hay but pir wohi postion hay iss waja say halka halka dard b mehsoos hota hay our intercours may b wife ko takleef hoti hay lehaza hum iss may bohat ihtayat say kam kertay hain.
plz help me k kya kerna chahye? |

zeb bhai Dr kehti hay k warm hay jis k andher kuch madha jama ho jata hay (peep).wo kehti hay k pregnacy k doran oprate nai ker saktay bad may kerain gay but bad may ye hud he ghaib ho jati hay.pehlay 2 dafa tu yahi hua hay ab ki bar pata nai kya hota hay.

as far i av info as far i know this can be a number of things
1) normal body physiological response in some females its exaggerated,as 1 of the hormone progesterone rises in last months of pregnancy and cause vaginal swelling,nothing to worry if doesnt hurt much.
2) it can be enlargement of glands that secrete fluid normally during intercourse but av a chance to get blocked or infected especially during pregnancy(bartholine gland cyst).it can have pus or peep in it. i feel this is the case with ur wife
3) it can be that ur wife has a non-malignant condition of uterine muscle thats leiomyoma or fibroid but it gets big or obvious in pregnancy and not otherwise due to same hormones level that change in pregnancy
4) n lastly what i know these can be engorged veins(filled up veins that r dilated/stretched) that in some women appear in pregnancy due to pressure effect of enlarged uterus.
thorough examination bya lady doctor locally and by ultrasound can describe what is it.
thats all i know |

@zeb brother Really thanks a lot for ur response,i m a finalyr mbbs student.n last yr i discovered this site n i really appreciate the work done here as most of the people in pakistan r v.much misguided about ths aspect of their life.plus i never respondent bfr bcuz senior experts usually do in a much bttr form n i ddnt knw whthr any1 will lyk my ans r nt as i am lyk an infant in medicine i had exposure with sexually abuse children of less than 15yrs age during my 3rdyr mbbs in forensic medicine n with sodomy cases n they r nt aware what happened to them just due to total foreigness to these issues.v need to educate r teenz on ths aspect n i hope i dnt get a moderator note tht i am nt gng wth current thread topc. |

Plus Plus i respöndd to ths tpc as none of the xprtz had yet answrd n it was a pure medically orientd tpc nt the usual stuff on the site,i came to knw abt ths thread by chance else i visit net less bt ths site is xtrmly gud fr a country lyk pakistan whr to dscus thz issues evn wth parents is a taboo. |
