my dears aoa i was much woried about my testis problem laiken mery aik dost ney mujey ajj hi iss site ke barey main bataya k yahan taqreeban har masley ka hal mujud hey to main ney iss ko vist kia to paya k waqiya hi yahan mere masley ka hal ho sakata hey ..............Asal main mera masla yeh hey k meri shadi ko taqreeban 6 sal hoo chukey hain mian pehley normal feel karta tha laiken shadi k aik sal bad mehsoos hoowa k merey testies 2 nahi balkkey 3 hain auor ahista ahista mujey pata chala k tesra testis testis nahi balkey aik kism ki gilti hey jo ahista ahista barri ho rahi hey ab wo barri hotey hotey merey testis sey b barri ho chuki abb mujey hasi pereyshani rehti hey k main kia karoon main sharm k marey kisi Dr. sey b mashwara nahi karta aour yeh bi hey k testis k dabaney sy aik khas kisam ka dard hoota hey laiken uss gilti ko dabaney sy kisi kism ka koi dard nahi hota please Dr. sahib tell me something aya yeh pereshani wali koi bat hey ya nahi thanx waiting for positive reply I have got swelling in the testes that has been increasing in size day by day and now it has become much bigger even than the testes. I have been very much worried in this regard. When I compress the swelling I don't get any pain, even not the pain that happens on compressing the testes. Please doctor tell me is any thing wrong or matter of worry?

Consult a doctor U r advisd to cönsult a doctor in clinic this could b a number of thngs n by ths u r even putting ur testes in danger that can be destroyed ... Also ur health can be in danger |

this is help anyone here can only and only help u by really persuading u into going to a doctor.
to tell u an absolute truth if u go to a doctor this is like a real good thing for u
i tell u to go to a general surgeon as testicular swelling are dealt by them
every human has shyness definately but i tell u 1 thing doctors are dealing with this stuff on daily basis this is a second nature to them.
and finally what i can tell u is this could be a cancer as some of testes cancer grow real slow
secondly it might not be something really unharmful for u as a whole (like hernia., epididymal cyst) but ur testis of that side can be destroyed. try to convince urself to go to a doc. u didnt ask me but i am replying as this is serious. i suggest rush to a doctor.

ma ny aik Surgeon sy mashwara k bad apna ultra sound karaya to findings ye ai hain
"epididiymal left epididymal head + tiny cyst sized 3.5 mm in oval 22.3 x 44.8 mm encysted inydrocoder of cord around imenior testicular pole "
yeh wo findings hain jo Dr.sahib ny ultra sound k bad report ki hain iss main jis qadar mujy Dr. ki hand writing ki samj i hey main ny type kar di hey..iss main spellings mistake hain wo please forum Doctors sy request hey theek kr lain thanks
Surgeon advised me surgery...... But Urologist ko consult kiya to unhoon ny kaha only medicine lo ...q k mujy sath main pain b thi buhat shadeed mujy "Augmentin" & "Dicloran" suggest ki gaye main agar kha loon to pain nahi hoti laiken agar aik do din chorr doon to pain hoti hey

Scrotal Swelling(epididymal Cyst and hydrocele) : Is Surgery The Only Option? Ultrasound report:
"Epidiymus: left epididymal head: Positive tiny cyst of 3.5mm within oval 22.3 *44.8mm encysted hydrocele of cord around inferior testicular pole."
According to my understanding this Is your report .If this is your report then you have two issues:
1)epidiymal cyst
2)hydrocele(fluid accumulation in testes) of encysted type(the one that remains localized at a particular site)
meri samajh k mutibiq apki report maiN 2issues haiN. 1)epididymal cyst 2)hydrocele (yani testes maiN pani ka jamah hoona ) of encysted type(jis maiN pani aik hisay maiN mehdood rehta ha testes k)
Epidiymal cyst can be associated with hydrocele or can occur separately.
Epidiymal cyst are considered totally unharmful or bening and mostly it's the increasing size that raises issues else infection can occur.
Epididymal cyst hydrocele k sath bhi ho sakti hai aur a'alahidah bhi ho sakti ha. aam tor peh yeh bay.zarar hoti ha magar size bahoot barh jaa.ay ya phir infection ho jaa.ay to maslah kar sakti hai yani pain aur soozish wagairah.
The only treatment option is surgery especially for you if you are having hydrocele associated .Even if you donot have hydrocele the only treatment option is surgery for epididymal cyst.
iska wahid ilaj surgery hee ha khas tor say agar yeh hydrocele k sath ho agar nah bhi ho hydrocele to bhee surgery hee wahid ilaj ha
Epididymal cyst very rarely go on their own but you have it for 8years and it has increased in size so there is no chance of it disappearing on its own.
bahoot kum aisa hota ha k epidiymal cyst khud hee disssolve/disappear ho jaa.ay khas kar keh apki cyst 8years say ha to iska chance medically to nahiN ha
There is no point in not opting for surgery thinking that you will become infertile for two reasons:
1)you have your second testes if God for bid as any complication of surgery that your this testes stop producing sperms One testes is more than enough for sperm production for fertility
2)This cyst itself might have stopped sperm transfer from this testes by causing obstruction and would have gone unnoticed (without fertility issue) due to the compensation by second testes.

2)yeh bhi ain.mumkin ha k abhi tak apki yeh testes sperm transport karna bund kar chuki ho cyst k size barh jaa.any ki wajah say magar doosri testes ki wajah say koi problem samney nahe aayee
As a surgical complication only decreased fertility or sub-fertility is reported but with healthy second testes there is No issue at all. Also no other reproductive/sexual problems arise.
surgery ki complication say kum cases maiN doobara conceive karney maiN thoRa maslah kuch logouN maiN ata ha. magar doosri healthy testes k hotey aisa koi maslah nahe hota . iskey aalawa koi reproductive ya sexual health ka maslah nahe hota
Medicine prescribed to you are for fighting off infection that is an antibiotic and must be taken for the required duration as told by the doctor at right time. (3-5days ) Plus painkiller you may or may not take its your own free will.
Not taking antibiotic as prescribed by doctor is a very ill practice . One can develop resistance and next time you will be requiring much stronger potency medicine.
Medicines are only a symptomatic treatment. Will just cure infection and relief pain. No beneficial effect on cyst or hydrocele.
