Most of these small fibroid(rasuli) are high up in uterus and within the muscle layer and under the uterus lining and its very okey medically to have relations/intercourse... Your wife doc must have told u that if its a small one either medicine be taken to reduce its size or leave as such for future follow up.... Intercourse is allowed.. If however bleeding occur after coitus then visit gynae doc as it can be a low lying(very rare) and be examined

Thanks for reply and advices as usual

infect she had bleeding with pain for 10 days, she visited gyni and after ultrasound we knew that she had a small tumor might be in uterus. now after using medicines advised by gyni bleeding is stopped Alhamdulillah but she has pain in lower part of abdomen below navel.

now I want to ask in this case whether intercourse is harmful ( I mean would pain may be increased) or not?

Yes its mostly that patient get painful bleeding and then after ultrasound its detected ... She has if more pain then can take analgesics/pain killer as the medicines given by doc are hormones to reduce size of tumor and bleeding ... Medically coitus does not increase pain in this case and its okey to do you can see her comfort level and as i mentioned above if pain at coitus to the extent that coitus become impossible or bleeding occur do take her to doc for vaginal exam .. In ur case its okey to do coitus
