 Underwear: Is there any harm if I sleep with underwear?
SalaM mera sawal yey hey raat ko underwere pahen k sona chaiyey yaa nhi zeyda tar mein traozer pahen k sota hey ager zeyda time taaak pahen kar rakhoo to mujey asa feel hota hey k mera penis sokar sa geya hey pochna yey hey k kia pahen kar sona chaiyey ya nhi aur shalwar kameez k sath b pahen saktey heyin ya nhi
Is there any harm if I sleep wearing underware. Mostly I use to sleep in trouser. If I wear underware for more time then it is felt that my penis has shrunken. I want to ask what should be worn while sleeping? Whether underware can be worn inside Shalwar Kameez or not? |

Re.underwere problem! Underware chahe din ko pen'na ho ya raat ko Nylon ya Acrylik ka bilkul nhee pehn'na chahiye.Underware sirf cotton ka pehnein sirf 100% cotton wala.
Raha sawal raat ka to Doctors reccomend krtay hain k raat ko pena jane wala dress bilkul easy ho.Lihaza Underware raat mein bilkul nhee peh'na chaiye.
Raat mein pehn'ne k liye behtareen dress (Readymade Sleeping Dress) hona chaihye ya phir cotton ki purani shalwar qameez pehn lein kyun k ye naram or nihayat easy dress hota hay. |

Re. Underwear in night I think there is no need to wear underwear in night since it is not comfortable due to natural erections of penis in night. Also it is good to have natural erection in night for sexual health. So sleep easy with comfortable dress. Underwear used usually while wearing pants during day time. I dont think there is any need of underwear in night.
Dr sb , can you please comment on the erections that happen in night, whats their cause and their advantages on sexual health. Are these useful for general penile health? thanks |

A patient presenting with E.D. is fitted with an elastic device to wear around his penis during sleep; the device detects changes in girth and relays the information to a computer for later analysis. If nocturnal tumescence is detected, then the E.D. is presumed to be due to a psychosomatic illness such as sexual anxiety; if not, then it is presumed to be due to a physiological cause.

nab all friends are saying underwear pahno, I agree of all opinions
My questions are,
1----I am living in family and when i get up my penis on erectile motion. that's why i wear underwear in order to don't disclose figure to anybody to family
2--- Secondly, During night fall, my bed cover,quilt also wet with muni. I can't tell to my wash all cloths due to night fall. To avoid such happining i wear underwear to maintain the muni inside the trouser.
3--- My penis size is 1.5 in easy motion after erectile it becom 5 inches.
One of my cousin have same erectile lenght 5 inches but his easy motion penis 3 inches. Are there differnt kind of penis in different men???
