Motility (within) 1 hr

Active motile 27%
Sluggishly motile 10%
Non-motile 63%

Abnormal forms 18%

Pus cells 2_5 /hpf

other findings RBC: 1-3/h.p.f

Oka sir ,please tell me about food ,which food is best for cover like that i m to much disturbed i think i have improved than before sir my sperm count is 89 million but active motile is less .how much ? have a chance improve?

Normal sperm count 40-200 million/ml hona chahiye
Active / Motile sperms 50% honay chahiyen

apki active motile sperms ki percentage kam hai, jisay barhanay k liye doctor nay apko wo medicines likhi hongi,, behtar to unko hi pata hoga ya koi doctor apko reply karay ga to hi ziada sahi pata lagay ga... (I'm not a dr.)
