Seekh Kabab
SEEKH KABAB mujhey chicken k seekh kabab bananay atey hain....is k liye 1 chicken ka keema leyn...bareek pisa hua hona chahiye.....us mein thora sa 2 spoons ginger paste aur 2 spoon garlic paste daleyn, 2-3 onions ko grind ker k us ka paani nichor k keemey mein daaleyn, is k ilawa green chillies....8-10...is ko bi grind ker k keemey mein daal deyn....sath hi red chilli powder 2-3 spoons, salt to taste, thori si haldi, 2 spoon sookha dhaniya, thora sa hara dhaniya aur pudina bareek kat k daal deyn.....ab is sub cheezon ko achi tarhan keemey mein mix ker leyn...... thori der k liye is ko room temurature per ya fridge mein rukh deyn.....aur phir is ko seekhon per laga k bana leyn..... is ko bananay k liye 2 tareekey hotey hain - angeethi wala

angeethi waley tareekey mein wese hi banana hai jese bar-b-que banta hai....lekin angeethi waley kabab ko ap fareez ziada der tak nai ker sktey....is ko poora angeethi mein Coal k zarite pakaya jata hai.... second tareekey mein usi tarhan seekhon mein laga ker seekhon ko bari bari hathon se pakar ker aag k uper rakh k saik diya jata hai aur half half paka liya jata hai....aur phir chaheyn to ye half pakey huye ap freeze ker sktey hain....aur jub khaney hon to us wakt frying pan mein thora sa oil ley ker us mein 2-3 minutes k liye fry ker leyn.... dono tareekey hi best hain.... lijiye ap k seekh kabab........hari chatni k sath aur salad k sath serve kereyn yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ;-p
