Pain In Testes: What Are The Reasons?

i sometimes feel severe pain in my testicles i do masturbate but very rarely like after a month or two so is this sort of pain normal and it happens to lot of boys or is this only me getting this pain problem plz dont ask me to consult a doctor as i dont want to go to doctor for such matters
