 Re-Testing Of Typhid: What Does That Means?
After 1 month of typhoid treatment, i retest for typhoid. Now my IgM is POSITIVE and IgG is NEGATIVE.. What does this mean. Should i take more medicine? and how long should i continue to take light diet without oil and spices.

Re: Re-Testing Of Typhid: What Does That Means? Go on for blood culture. If the organism of Typhoid, mainly Salmonella typhae is still being detected then again you should need full course of antibiotics. If culture is negative then you should be observed till fifteen days more and also you should take light diet along with adequate rest. |
