Prominent Artery On Scrotum: What Complications Should Be Done?

i have thin skin and veins can be seen through my skin on most body parts.
the problem is that on left side of my scrotum an artery about 2 inches long is very prominent. i m afraid y is it that prominent? kahi koi blood clotting to nahi ho gai ! 
suppose there is blood clotting will it effect fertility? 
artery is only visible when scrotum skin is soft and hanging out.
