 Pregnancy Test Positive: How Much Authentic?

Dr,Saab I would like to inquire about one thing I am married since 9 Months My wife was feeling for the last few days some symbols of Pregnancy , upon consultation and medical report, it came Out to be positive , means the pregnancy report of serum check Up is positive , My question is to what level of Trust (after allahs Will) should one have to this positive serum report by medical point of View or are there any risk of not being pregnant ,means that it will not contiunue till birth of the baby, or by other means this positive report of serum itself represents sure pregnancy awaiting for a reply
