first trimester mein thora bohat pain to hota hi hai....lekin agar pain bohat ziada hai, aur bohat der tak hota hai....means half hour se ziada tak hota rehta hai....then it is a problem....

ek aur bat ye pain agar thori thori der bad hota hai...means after each intevals of time...like after each 5 to 10 to 15 minutes....and if these pains are like contractions then it can also cause a serious problem

so u must hv to consult ur gynacologist immidiately in these circumstances
