 Juidance & Pregancy
Plz doctors help me i'm in great great tension.
My wife is 6 months pregnat, two day ago her eyes become yellowish suddenly. i immediately got her lab test, B & C is -ve, but her LFT's are too high, report is as under
Total Bilirubin 8.0
SGPT 1667
Alkaline Phosphatase 167
i've consultated with some doctors, some say go for drips and test for A & E. Some say just starting using more n more liquids and repeat the LFT after few days (currently i'm following the later one).
plz guide me what should i've to do. plz reply early

tamam doctor apne apne lehaz se sahi mashwarah de rahe hai, aap on mai se kisi aik doctor ke mashwarah per amal kerna shuru ker de, aur ose se hi follow up karai. aisa na ho ke kuch mashwarah aik doctor ka aur kuch doosre doctor ka le. bahut saare doctor se mashwarah ker ke aap confuse ho jaaye ge. ziadah behtar hai ke osi lady doctor se ilaj karai aap ki wife ke pregnancy ka ilaj ker rahi hai

to: arif sahab Jaundice is a serious symptom in pregnancy and should be properly treated. u should consult hepatologist and discuss the condition of ur wife and baby in detail with the gynecologist. Right now, ur wife should take atleast 12-15 glass of water, juices and other liquids. Her hydration should be very very good. ask her to avoid fats at all. take boiled food. more fluids. Repeat LFTs after 1week of initial report but right now, get the hepatitis A and E markers done immediately. |
