brother aap ko na janay ye danay kis qism k hain aap ki skin ka mustaqil hisa ban gaye hain ya kis type k hain aap ka docter se checkup karwana bohat zarori hay laikin main sirf itna kehna chahonga k jis ko apne blood ko infection se bachana hay (skin par kharabi blood infection ka nateeja hoti hay chahay wo kam ho ya ziada) usay chahyay k fruits ziada use karay vegitables ziada khaye and orange esa fruit hay jo anti infection hay its very important.
