question clarity Dear Bawaqoof and Kim 84,
I think his question is very clear, he wants to know about hardness of penis, actualy he dont have much hardness during errection, that is why he is asking for the way he could regain it?

erection An unmarried boy of 22 years age should not be worried for the erection of penis as it is required in intercourse, obviously its related to married people. |

if errection is lost due to some accident then kafi mushkil hai woh koi surgery waghira say he possible ho ga
and if it is due to excess discharging un naturally then 1-2 year ap diet sahi rakho, Milk, fruits and meat, daily bhaag dor wali exercise karo
aur pennis say koi ghair zaroori panga na lo lol
