reply semen patla ho ya ghada koi masla nahi hai semen me sperem acount hona jaroori hai ager aap ko lagta hai ki aapke semen mein koi problem hai to aap lab se apna semen test karva sakte hai pregnancy ke liye semen mein sperem 40ml-200ml hone chahitein.
