Pain In Testicles During Intercourse: Please Give Me Solution

Asalamalekum All of you,

First of all how are you, I hope every one is fine out there, well come to my problem, i am married male and i was married 8 month before. when i was married my friend tell me to take some herbal medicine for long timming but 1 ay i refused i was soo confused also at the time of my wedding night but i did all thing natualy but in a short time. Day after my wedding night i take one tablet that my friend gave me but its give me pain in my stomoch and not a signifence imporvement in my interourse time. After that i dont take any medicene but from first week of marrige i feel pain in my testical specially right one and did sex after 45 days i left my country and came to oman for job. at that time i took those medicene again with  me when i take it with milk some tme it give pain in stomch some time not but i did not feel any imporvment so i left it in the middle. i visted back to home in may for 2 weeks and i enjoyed my sex life but that time i felt less pain. But now a days no early ejection and hardness i found in my penis and even if i wana think about for sex i start pain in my testical specilly right side and my wife still not pregnent i we both want child and i right now i am in oman till oct.

i have a normal size nearly 6.5 inch but now a days its look 4 to 5 inch whats happened with me plz help me doctor any body  i am very shy person.

baki ap kisi achy sex specialist k pas jao apny problem k sath shurmany ki zrorat ni or dr sy tu shurmana b ni jo jo tukleef hy ja k bat kuro or treatment shoro kro .
