Pain And Swollen Left Testis: What Is The Problem?

Aslam O Alikum.
I m Male 23, Unmarried.
Taqreeban aik saal pehlay ki baat hay k main ne aik porn movies daikhi aur errection kaafi dair rahi aur  merray left side k tessis se ooper wali side per (yaani, penis ki left side taqbreeban penis se 1.5 inch door jahan hairs hotay hain, ) pain shuroo ho gai. yeh pain kuch din hoti rahi aur phir kuch din k liay khatam ho gai aur phir shuroo ho gai,  taqreebna 4 maheenay tak ye silsila chalta raha . is doraan meray Testiss ka size bhi bara ho gya.

Phir us k badd ye pain taqreeban theek ho gai. is doran main ne kaafi dafa Masturbation bhi ki.

Taqreeban 3 maheenay mujay bilkul sakoon raha.

phir aik din main ne Masturbation ki to wohi pain dobara shuroo ho gya aur ab tak chal raha he.
Ye koi proper  pain nhi hay balkay Aik Khichaao sa he jo mujay Irritate krta rahtga he.

DOCTORS KO DIKHAYA TO US NE BLOOD TEST KIYA AUR KIDNEYS KA ULTRASOUND KIYA TO US NE KAHA SAB KUCH CLEAR HE, KOI INFECTION WAGAIRA NHI HE.

Plz tell what is this problem

 I am 23 years old male, unmarried. Almost one year back I have seen a porn movie and that made my penis to be erected for long time. After some times I have started to develop pain at 1.5 inches above the penis and the left testis swollen after some times. The pain was intermittent. After that the pain has gone for three months. Later on when I have done masturbation, pain recurred and continued till now. It feels like stretching type of pain. I have seen different doctors and they have taken my blood testes and ultrasound of kidneys. I have been declared normal as per my tests and ultrasound. Please tell me what the problem is?

jis pain ki apne bat ki hy wo pain asal me ek tarah ka khichao hy jo achanak se hota hy ye kamzoori ki aalamat hy or bhut zyada musht zani se hota hy app ko mushwara hy k apni khuraak pe achi tarah twajjow den or musht zani se prhuiz karen dekhen ek do hufte me hi ye khichao khatam ho jayegaa.INSHAALLAH...

Lekin Bhai Swelling ki ky waja he, aur meray left testis ki movement bhi right testis se alag he,
Means, main jab subha nahaata hoon to left testis bohat zayaada uper charh jaata he jabke Right bhi ooper charhta hae lakin itna ooper nhi jitna Left waala charhta he.

Ab mujhay Doctor(Surgeon) ne bataaya he ke Swelling he but nothing to worry and nothing serious
us ne mujhay Antibiotics diay hain aur Pain Killers diay hain.

Is it good treatment????

It seems that you might have inguinal hernia, that also reached to the left testes. Well I am not sure but you should see a General Surgeon for that checkup. Don't be worry and may I be wrong since I am giving advice on the history only. Examination is utmost important in this regard.
