 What Is Optimum Ejaculation Frequency For A Married Man?
What is the optimum semen ejaculation frequency for a married man?
I've experienced that ejaculating semen only once or twice a week is optimum, nomatter how many times in a week. Frequent ejaculation creates weakness and tiredness in the body causing concentratin difficulty i daily life tasks and specially studies. While on the other hand, semen retention for a very long time creates testicle pain and psychological uneasyness.

re: optimum ejaculation frequency iss ka koi fixed rule nahi hai, jo log khawateen se ziadah qareeb rehte hai onhai bahut ziadah sex urge hota hai aur woh rozana hi mubashrat ya mushtzani ker ke semen discharge kerte hai. isi tara jin logo ka wasta khawateen se bahut kam perta hai, ya woh zehni tor se khawateen aur sex ke baare mai bahut kam sochte hai wo kafi waqfa se mubashrat aur mushtzani kerte hai.
mani ko har haal mai waqfa waqfa se nikalte rehna chahiye, warna yeh testis mai pain cause kerta rahe ga.
