 Is My Semen Report Normal?
my report is (physical&camicalexamination/hpf) totalquantity 4.0ml,colour off white,vicosity thick,ph 8.0,liqufication 10 min, (Microscopic ) pus cell 4-5/hpf seen, rbc nil,active soermatozoa 60% , sluggish 20%, nonmotile 20% , total count; 95/million/ml (normal 60-150)mere ulaad nahi 3 yr ho gae hamal bhi nahi thehra

Your Semen D/R is normal Your semen report is normal. There are a number of reasons for infertility. Reason may be in husband or in wife. Some time both are normal without having a baby (Allah ki Marzi)

Is My Semen Report Normal? Abid 2010:
u have a bit high number of Pus cells(that shows infection) with a bit decreased motility .. u must show ur report to a doctor. he will prescribe u antibiotics(if required) other wise just multivitamin. u can do re-semen analysis after medicine . its subtle donot worry.Plus drink plenty of water. |

apki semen report sperm poor motility ko show kur rahi hay jiska mutlab hay kay apkay sperms aagy move nahi kur paa ray apni poor motility ki waja say jo egg ko fertilize kurny kay leyeh nakafi hay.sperm morphology theek hay lain pus cells bhe hen jiski waja say apki poor sperm motility hay , pus cell infection ko zahir kur ray hen, ap apny bary meah thori or details yaa share kurin taa kay apky problem ko sumaj kay apko eska solution advise keya jaa suky, age apki ketni hay, shadi kub hoi, esky sath sath ap job keya kurty hen. apny yeh report apny doctor ko dikhai ?

Thanks for the reply Dr. Sb, Age 30.5 Years , married 1.5 Years ago. Haven't shown this report to doctor yet. Dr. Sb! As my sperm count is 92 million/ml and 20% of this equals 18.4 million/ml "Active Motility". Am I right? If yes then why this 18.4 million/ml is not enough Active motility ? As I have read in other posts that normal sperm count is at least 40 million/ml with 50% active motility is considered normal which equals 20 million/ml and my active motility is almost same, so please advice me in this regard. Do I have to worry ? Thanks and best regards.

for more information and Guidance wait for doctor kk and doctor waterr reply, muj say bhe jo ho suka apko guide kurny ki koshish kuro gah,. jo Question apny pocha hay bot sary men yeh question kurty hen , Asthenospermia mean kay ap kay testies poor Qurality sperm produce kur ray hen jo theek say move or swim nahi kur paa ray or 20% nakafi hen egg tuk ponchny or egg ko fertilize kurny kay leyeh.

Infertilty Assalwalikum Dr sb, This is samir from India my age is 34 i am a lecturer here. I got marriage 4 years back but still i dont have Kidd. My wife age is 28 and she also lecturer. My wife is normal and i checked my sperm count it was 80 laks but motalt was less,now my sperms are countinluly decreasing i check 8 months back it was 10 thousand only now its coming to 2000 what can i do doctor now my life is totally collapsed plz guide me what to do for child my wife is very cosiuse about child

Aap ke report mein 2 main abnormalities hain. 1): Aap ke sperm motility ( the ability of sperms to move) normal say kam hai.
2): Aap ke sperm morphology ( shape of sperms) abnormal hai, yaani aap kay bohot say sperms normal shape ka nahin hain.
Proper treatment say inn donon cheezon mein kuch imporvement aa sakti hai. |
