A-O-A I am M.Ali Ashraf age 23 from islamabad. i have following problems 1. Lack of memory and Concentration 2. Lack of decision making power 3. cannot think about any topic continously with its all aspects/angles 4. Lack of Deep sleep and freshness when wake up in the morning 5. always depressed and disappointed 6. lack of self confidence 7. always remains worried about future 8. Cannot learn by heart my lessons (as i have given B.A Private exams from Punjab University but have poor performance in it.) 9. unable do any creative work. 10. think negatively too much and feels stress on nerves. 11. This problem is 7-8 years old and effect my studies, social relations and career very badly. Please give me some advice. Your sincerely' M.Ali Ashraf ...........Edit............islamabad

lagta hai keh aap ko depression hai

aap ne yeh nahi bataya keh 7-8 saal qabal yeh bimari ya kaifiat kaise shuru huyee. aap ne jo kuch bataya hai iss se aisa lagta hai keh aap depression ki bimari mai mubtala hai.

depression aik nafsiati bimari hai. jo beghair kisi wajah ke bhi ho sakti hai, aur kis dukh gham aur pareshaani ki wajah se bhi. iss ka ilaj psychiatrist kerte hai. aap ko mashwarah hai keh read: Depression

aap mujhe kuch tafseel batayien main inshAllah pori koshish karonga agar aap ka mamla samajh saka to behtreen mashvara doonga.

aap vegitables and fish khatay hain agar khatay hain to kis tanasub se 1 month main kitni bar?

aur yahi sawal dry fruits k baray main bi hay?

smoking ya koi aur bad habbit hay aap main?
