I am a married women. I have a problem k meri chest main doodh ata hai halan k main pregnent nahi huwe. Meri shadi ko 10 month ho chuke hain. Main ne doc se consult kia tha to pata chala k yeh harmones ke problem hai. Phir doc ne treatment start ke lakin ek month bad test karwaya aur koi farq nazar nahi aya.

Test report main harmones ke tadat 2670 hai. Ab doc ne dobara medine change ke hai aur ab main Tab. Parlodel use kar rahe hn. Is se pehle main ne ek month Tab. Dopergin use ke the. Kindly ap explain karin gay k yeh kia masla hai aur kia abi tak medical science ne is disease ka koi soluation nikala hai ke nahi. I am so worried about this?

ye na koi masla hai na desease, shadi say pehle ya pregnant honay say pehle aesa ho jata hai, ap kuch bi na karwaye warna hosakta hai agay problems ho. jesa hai wesa hi rehnay dain. ye koi buri baat nahe hai na pareshani wali

Prolactin aik hormone hai jo brain ke neeche aik gland Anterior Pituitary Gland se nikalta hai. is ka kam breast se milk ki production kerna hota hai. normally iss hormone ko nahi nikalna chahiye takeh bila wajah breast se milk na nikle, ise rokne ke liye aik aur hormone hota hai jis ko Dopamine kehte hai. ise prolactin-inhibiting hormone (PIH). PIH ka kaam yeh hai keh woh prolactin ko nikalne se roke, takeh woh bila wajah breast se milk production na shuru ker de.

agar kisi wajah se dopamine ki secretion stop ho jaaye tu prolactin ke oopar se rukawat khatam ho jaata hai, aur woh breast se milk ki production shuru ker deta hai.

aap ko jo medicine Dopergin aur Parlodel di gayee hai os ka kam bhi prolactin ki secretion ko rokna hai takeh aap ke breast se milk ki production ruk jaaye.

mazeed maloomat aur tafseelat ke liye apni family physician se consult kare.
