I wanted to ask a question but i was not sure of who to ask and how. I found this website and encouraged myself to share my problem here. I am 22 years old and when I was below ten (I don't know when exactly) my cousin used to live with us and once he sexually abused me I didn't knew exactly what he did but I told my mother and she managed to make my father send him away.

Now my problem is that a few years ago when I learned about sex and virginity I was not sure if I was one or not. So I read on a website about how to check hymen. I tried to do exactly THAT and I accidently broke my hymen (I am sure I did) because it was painful and I bled.

I am so ashamed of myself. I am so afraid. I have received a few marriage proposals and rejected all of them because I don't want to tell any one about it. What should I do? I dont want to marry like this.

7. Aik baat zehan mei rakhain ke shareef aur virgin larki hamesha shareef aur virgin hi rehti hai, chahe os ka hymen self fingering ya accidentally rupture ho gaya ho. lehaza hymen rupture se pareshan na hon.
