bahut hi aasaan hal yeh hai keh aap apni family doctor se apna gala check karai, woh gala check ker ke koi proper medicine likh de ge.

daily desi murghi ki yakhni 1 cup zaroor piya kero

aur summer mein bhi 1 din chor k next day zaroor piya kero

is k ilawa winter mein 2 eggs daily zaroor khao

khatit aur thandi cheezon se perhez rkha kero

yes ghararay se bhi kafi ferk perta hai

neem garam pani mein disprin k ghararay ekrney chahieyn...its good

milk se gala kharab nahi hota...it is wrong concept....han winter main garam milk peena chahiye
