Which Type Of Members Block Here?

Hello
I want to Know that why a member block. I think its some Topic post which is not related in this site.
If that is not reason than tell me..........
is there any chance before Blocking 
How Blcok member will Unblock

yaha per member ko block kerne ki kai wajoohaat hai:
  • agar woh abusive reply kare
  • agar woh irrelevant reply kerta ho
  • apna email likhta ho
  • external website ka link post kerta ho
  • agar woh Pakistan ke khilaf likhta ho
  • woh irrelevant sawal kerta ho, yani fazool qisim ke fantasy per sawal kerta hoo. jaise aap ne sawal ki keh (kia female masturbate kerti ho) aap ko iss qisim ke fazool sawal kerne ki kia zaroorat hai. aap apna zati masla bian kare. aap ka yeh sawal delete ker dia gia hai.
  • agar woh aik hi sawal bar bar karta ho (spam)
  • agar woh forum ke shape ko disturb kerte ho, yani woh aisa word likhte ho jo 15-20 character se ziadah ho like plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz waghaira jaisa ke aik member rajmalik ne kia hai, aur os post ko delete ker dia gia hai
iss ke ilawah aur bhi bahut si wajoohat hai sab ki tafseel batani mushkil hai. aap yeh batai keh aap ki id jo block huyee hai woh kia thi, takeh ham log aap ko bata sake keh aap ko kio block kia gia hai.

Mere Kue Id Block nahi huwe hai.

Muje kya pata chale ga k ye sawal kisi aur nai pucha hai. ju app keh rahe hai k bar bar sawal ju post karte hai .
matlab k kisi nai sawal post kya hai aur wo maine nahi deka aur na he read kya hu tu muje kyse pata chale ga.
