for my knowledge, mujhe ye ye pochna he k testis jo kabhi latke huay hote hain or kabhi tight? ye kia waja hoti he? ye sawal me geneally pooch raha hon?

Some times testis becomes loose while some time they become tight. What is the reason behind it?

Defense mechanisms of the body remain at work all the time and we don’t know how they regulate our systems of the body. Sperms are heat sensitive therefore they are kept in testis and scrotum outside the body since our body temperature is 98⁰F. When there is cold then in order to regulate their temperature, the scrotum tightens and brings the testis to the body so that they can gain heat from there. Along with that the shrinkage of the hard skin of scrotum also becomes more thick once it folds up on itself and again the layers of scrotum that have become more thick prevent the heat loss from there. In summer and extreme hot season the opposite action takes place and the scrotum hangs to bring the testis away from the body so that body temperature will no longer impact over sperm production and hanging itself unfolds the layers of scrotum and the walls become thin so that the heat may go out from there easily.
