 Skin Problem: Please Give Solution
aoa, meri umar 23 year hai,aur mein student hun, mera problem yeh hai k mere lips halke halke black ho gaye jub k cigrate waghera bhi nahi peeta,kya koi aisee cream ya koi lotion hai is k liye,plz help mee, 2sra yeh meri face ki skin dry ,mein chahta hun k face her waqt shine fine aur bright nazar aye.. jo k her waqt rokha rokha nazar plz help me..is there any creams availbe in markete?

re: skin problem and cream ji haa beshumar cream market mai available hai. lekin mera mashwara hai keh aap kisi skin specialist se mashwarah ke ke cream istemal kare. kio keh ghalat cream ka intekhab aap ke skin ko nuqsan pohnchaye ga.

ap ke sir me dandraff to nahi ha 1)agar sir me dandraff ha to us ko khatam karnay ki kokish karay.
2)drink 10 to 12 glass of water daily.
3)concult a doctor
4)market me aik cleasing lotion milta ha kisi b company k le le or us or face pr laga kr 5 min massage karay phir tissue se remove kr lein. is k koi side effects nahi hain. skin dry nahi lagi gi.
5)fruits,milk or juices lein hot season me zaida.
6)or doc ko check b karwain.kahin ap me calcium ye iron ki deficiency na ho. ye koi liver me prob na ho. ye hemophelia( lack of reproduction of red blood cells) k masla na ho. lips black honay ki ye sab reasons ho sakti hain. |
