Anal sex is prohibited in Islam - the anus serves the purpose of excreting the body's waste materials and sexual intercourse in anus can cause the splinter cells of the rectum to get damaged causing a high risk of sexually transmitted diseases and other diseases. Therefore it should be avoided at all costs.
