muhtram jnab Dr.Sahib! asslam o alkikum janab aap say arz yeh haykay miri aik saal phly shaadi hoi thi poora saal guzarnay kay baad bhi awlaad ki koi umeed nahi hay main nay apna semines test bhi kraya jo bilkul theek thaa. wife ka test bhi theek hay. Mairay saath shdeed qisam ka surat anzaal ka msla hay.
Kia awlaad is waja say nahin ho rahihay yea koi awer masla hay? mubashrat bhi bhut kam karta hon kion kay mubashrat kay baad mujhay bhut kamzoori mehsoos hoti hay awer 2 , 3 din lagataar mubashrat krnay say pait kay left tarf pain shuroo ho jata hay app yeh batain kay mai awlaad naa honay kaa masla surat anzaal say taluq rakhta hay yaa phir mubashrat kam krnay ki waja say hay neez yeh bhi bataain kay mira yeh daard kiss qisam ka hay kion kay kidny ka ultra sound bhi kraya hay jo kay bilkul clear hay.

Infertility and Premature Ejaculation Infertility (no baby) and Premature Ejaculation (surat-e-anzal) is two different types of illness. Infertility does not cause due to premature ejaculation.
For treatment of premature ejaculationread in Urdu:
how to increase time duration
If thre is still problem then for treatment you
are advise to consult any psychiatrist.
For infertility you are advise to consult any gynecologist.

One I talked to you at phone you told me to use spray DOOZ to stop premature ejaculation. As I have read that there are so many side effects for using medicines and sprays. Can you please guide for this confusion.

Assalam-o-Alaikum
I am married and 29yr old. i have a problem that when i am start intercourse i discharge with in few second.
some one told me that's the problem your wife not become pregenent.
also please advice how could i prolong intercourse process.
